Gov. of Rhode-Island, Providence, [dated] Camp at Cambridge, Oct. 24, 1775, [forwarding a letter from Pearson Jones], Falmouth, 16th Oct. 1775 [in regard to the bombardment and burning of Falmouth (now Portland) Maine, with a letter to the same from Nathaniel Green], Prospect-Hill, October 24. 1775 [describing the bombardment].
